My Saint Mary's Story: Heleanae Kleypas

I accompanied my mother, Heleanae Kleypas, to your hospital for an outpatient procedure yesterday. She had a needle biopsy performed by Dr. Magill. Needless to say, she was very anxious, but Dr. Magill and the nurses Amy and Geily explained the procedure very calmly and thoroughly and helped give her peace.

The procedure was performed without incident. The nursing team in the Diagnostic Recovery department were excellent. Loren, Melissa and Yuritzi were very attentive to my mother and made sure she was comfortable.

They asked me as well if I needed anything. Their care was very genuine and professional. I had a delicious meal in your cafeteria and it was served by a very courteous staff with pleasant smiles.

I work in healthcare and every month, we share Hero Stories at the end of our leadership meetings. I don't know if this is your practice, but you have many Heroes in your hospital.
